Digital handler records are generated and delivered immediately after a confirmed payment. Because the record page is activated and the PDF is sent at the time of purchase, refunds for digital records are available only if requested within 24 hours of purchase and the record has not yet been accessed via QR code or shared link.
To request a refund, email support@serviceanimalid.com with your order confirmation and the reason for your request.
Printed materials (physical record cards, reference guides) ship separately from digital delivery. If a physical item arrives damaged or is not delivered within 21 business days of your purchase date, contact us for a replacement or refund of the physical item cost.
We review refund requests individually. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented delivery of your documentation, contact us and we will make it right.
