You may request a full refund before your order has entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing begins, the cancellation window closes.
Digital handler records — including your verification record page, QR code, and PDF — are generated and delivered at the time of purchase. Once your digital record has been created or delivered, the order is non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate purchase, technical access failure, or an error caused by us that we are unable to correct promptly.
Once a physical record card or other made-to-order item has been printed or shipped, the order is non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct or replace it at no charge.
Service Animal ID does not guarantee acceptance by any landlord, airline, hotel, business, or other third party. Refunds are not issued solely because a third party requests additional documentation, declines a requested accommodation, or because the product did not meet expectations not stated on the product page. Please review all package details carefully before ordering.
We may make case-by-case exceptions at our discretion, including for duplicate orders or clear service failures on our part. To request a review, email support@serviceanimalid.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
