Information we collect

When you purchase a handler record, we collect:

• Your first name (as provided at checkout)
• Your email address (processed by Stripe for payment and delivery)
• Your service animal type
• Payment details (processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

When your handler record page is viewed, we log the verification code, approximate access count, last-viewed timestamp, and optionally country-level location from Vercel's infrastructure headers. We do not log personal information about the people who view your record.

How we use your information

Your information is used exclusively to generate and maintain your handler record. Your name and animal type appear on your public-facing record page when someone scans your QR code. Your email is used only to deliver your documentation.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third parties to operate this service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Neon — database
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel Blob — PDF storage

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Data retention and deletion

Your handler record remains on file until you request deletion. To request removal of your record or any associated data, contact us at the address below.

Public-facing information

Your handler record page is publicly accessible to anyone with your record URL or QR code. The record displays your first name, animal type, record ID, and record status. Do not include information on your record that you do not wish to share.
