Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you purchase a handler record, we collect:

• Your first name (as provided at checkout)
• Your email address (processed by Stripe for payment and delivery)
• Your service animal type
• Payment details (processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

When your handler record page is viewed, we log the verification code, approximate access count, last-viewed timestamp, and optionally country-level location from Vercel's infrastructure headers. We do not log personal information about the people who view your record.

How we use your information

The personal information you provide is used to generate and maintain your handler record. Your name and animal type appear on your public-facing record page when someone scans your QR code, and your email is used to deliver your documentation. We also collect limited, non-identifying advertising-measurement data, described in “Advertising measurement” below.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third parties to operate this service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Neon — database
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel Blob — PDF storage
• Google (Google Ads) — advertising conversion measurement (see “Advertising measurement”)

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how effective our advertising is. Google is a third-party service and processes this data under its own privacy policy.

• When you arrive from a Google ad, Google adds an ad-click identifier (a “gclid”) to the page URL. Our site loads Google's tag, which stores that and related identifiers in first-party cookies on your browser (named _gcl_*).
• When a purchase completes, we send Google a conversion event containing only the purchase value, the currency, and an internal order/transaction identifier.
• We do not intentionally include any customer-entered fields in that event — your handler name, animal name, email, mailing address, and payment details are not included.
• Personalized advertising signals and Google's Enhanced Conversions (which would hash and send customer contact data) are disabled. We use this only to measure advertising effectiveness — not for remarketing or building audiences.

Data retention and deletion

Your handler record remains on file until you request deletion. To request removal of your record or any associated data, contact us at the address below.

Public-facing information

Your handler record page is publicly accessible to anyone with your record URL or QR code. The record displays your first name, animal type, record ID, and record status. Do not include information on your record that you do not wish to share.
