Service Animal ID is a documentation and records tool for service animal handlers. We generate a QR-linked handler record page and a downloadable PDF based on information you provide at checkout. These are organizational tools — not government certifications, legal credentials, or guarantees of access rights.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your service animal. Information on your handler record is self-reported. Service Animal ID does not independently verify handler eligibility, animal training status, or any other claim.
Access rights for service animals are defined by applicable law including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, not by any documentation product.
You may not use Service Animal ID to misrepresent a pet as a service animal, to present false handler information, or to circumvent applicable laws and regulations.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Digital documentation is generated and delivered by email immediately after a confirmed payment. Physical items (where applicable) ship separately. See our Refund Policy for details.
Service Animal ID is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use or presentation of any documentation generated through this service. We make no warranty that documentation will be accepted by any third party or that it will result in any specific accommodation or access outcome.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
